Global Charity Foundation USA extended support
Dr. Reeta K. Thukral, a leading Nephrologists of USA and Chairperson of Global Charity Foundation (a registered public charity in USA) was so impressed during her visit to Diya Vidya Mandir that she pledged to support a class of 30 students on regular basis,institute scholarship and support the students for higher studies once they leave school Dr. Reeta Thukral and Global Charity Foundation are now in regular touch with Diya Foundation and are actively supporting its activities. Diya Foundation thanks Dr.Reeta Thukral and  Global Charity Foundation for the same.

Mr. Pankaj Kaphi, a scientist working in the field of biotechnology in USA visited Diya Vidya Mandir in May 2008. So taken in was he, that he immediately offered to represent Diya Foundation in USA. He pledged not only his personal support but also promised to spread the good word about Diya Foundation in USA and organise contributions for its educational and healthcare programmes for the underprivileged children in India.

Surjit Verma Foundation of Children's Education, Canada extended support
Surjit Verma Foundation for Children's Education, Canada has extended its helping hand to Diya Foundation in support to its activities relating to education of the underprivileged children in India. Mr. Surjit Verma, a renowned educationist of Canada had earlier visited Diya Vidya Mandir in Nihal Vihar, New Delhi.Our heartfelt thanks to Surjit Verma Foundation for supporting the activities of Diya Foundation relating to education of underprivileged children in India.
 
 
Mrs. Raj Verma, Chairperson of Vedanta Ashram Society, Canada attended the audio visual presentation and charity dinner held on 29th Dec., 2007. Addressing the gathering she appreciated the efforts of Diya Foundation to provide education and healthcare to slum children and pledged support on behalf of Vedanta Ashram Society as well as from Women of India Auxilliary, Canada and INDISA (Indian Sub-Continent Students' Association) Canada. Their generous contribution and support is indeed helping our mission to uplift the conditions of the under privileged children who live in slums and are bereft of basic necessities of life.

UK Lions Club Enfield, U.K
A high powered delegation from Lions Club Enfield, U.K. visited Diya Vidya Mandir in Nihal Vihar, New Delhi on 29th Dec., 2007. They were pleased to see the functioning of the school and made a donation to support the construction of the new school building in Nihal Vihar, New Delhi. They also attended an audio-visual presentation and charity dinner held in their honour. The new school building for which support was lent by them is now near completion and the new school will start functioning shortly.

Lions Club Enfield, UK and its members have assured regular support to Diya Foundation in providing education and uplifting the conditions of underprivileged children in India. Diya Foundation is indeed grateful for their support.
 
 
From Germany
Mr. Daniel Veauli, Member of Leo Club Cygnus Argenteus, Germany, visited Diya Mandir in October, 2008. A special assembly was organised in honour of Mr. Veauli. Students of Diya Vidya Mandir performed a dance drama and it was enjoyed by all. He spent few hours interacting with students and affirmed his support. He made a donation of 1000 Euros to support the functioning of the Foundation.
 
 
From West Africa
Mr. Rikki Manchanda, a social worker from Clinton Foundation, West Africa, visited Diya Vidya Mandir in August 2007 and had a wonderful time interacting with the students. He affirmed his support and applause Diya Foundation for enlightening the path of little souls with love, care and affection. He wished Diya Foundation his heartiest greetings and wished all the best for future endeavours.

Dr. Krishan Anand of Rotary Club of Sydney attended an audio visual presentation about activities of Diya Foundation followed by a charity dinner in Dec. 2007.
